Nécrologie de Lawrence Wesley

We regret to announce the death of Mr. Lawrence Wesley, at the age of 85, on Sunday, January 1st, 2023.  He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Pauline Wesley (born Trudeau), and his 6 children; Larry (Tammy), Richard (late Greta Cheechoo), Darlene Brisson (Gilles), Wayne, Cory and Kimberly, all from Hearst.  He will also be missed and leaves unforgettable memories in the heart of his grandchildren; Conrad, Cory, Trinity, Caroline, John, Semiah, Emma, Morgan, Talon and Tiffany, his brother Allan, as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents; Angus and Louise, 2 sisters; Ilene Frost, Edna Innes and 6 brothers; James, Albert, Henry, Johnny, Stanley and George, as well as his grandson Murri.

We remember Lawrence as a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather.  His beautiful wife and life long partner Pauline, as well as his beautiful children and grandchildren held a special place in his heart.  He enjoyed family game night playing dice, cards, crib, euchre and monopoly.  In his spare time, he also enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping, as well as playing bingo and the casino.  Before enjoying a well deserved retirement, he worked for the CN/ONR as a foreman for the railroad.

Lawrence leaves a great imprint in the heart of his family and all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 6th, 2023 at 5 P.M. at the Club Action in Hearst.
